When we stumbled onto Northern Lights Optic on Instagram, we were immediately drawn to the brand's aesthetic. Designed in the mountains of British Columbia, this luxury eye-wear brand channels the spirit of early alpine explorers, and is inspired by the glacier goggles of Sir Edmund Hilary, Jim Whittaker, and others.

He sent us down the trails we probably weren't ready for, and bought us a hot cocoa when we complained of frost bitten toes. He stood freezing at the bottom of the course and watched us win (and sometimes lose) races...taught us how to après in style. He made sure we never missed first chair on Christmas Day.
