We've worked extensively to ensure that all Alps & Meters apparel lives up to our high standards of excellence-whether for use on the slopes of Chamonix or the streets of Boston and we hope that the care that we've taken in designing and manufacturing our apparel shows.

We believe wholeheartedly in our Forged Performance product creation philosophy, and we encourage you to put it to the test on the street or in the mountains. If a product doesn't perform to your standards of quality, craftsmanship, or durability at any time, we'll refund, replace, or repair your garment with no questions asked - even after it has been used in the outdoors. Alps & Meters garments are crafted to the highest standards of quality and durability, and are covered against manufacturing defects for the lifetime of the product.

Refunds:

For returns made in accordance with this Policy, refunds will be made in the form of the original payment where the same credit card used for purchase will be credited with a refund. While we process returns within 3 business days from the day we received the items, card refunds may take up to ten business days for your bank to complete, depending on their processing time. This can vary greatly between card issuers, and unfortunately we are unable to influence this.
