Return or Exchange
Alps & Meters wants you to have the best product and the best experience possible. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, Alps & Meters will accept, for return or exchange, items that are in new condition, unworn, unaltered and free of damages by the customer, in accordance with this Return and Exchange Policy (“Policy”). For a full refund or exchange, you must mail out your item within 21 days from the receipt of the original order. Items cannot be returned or exchanged after 21 days from the receipt of the original order. Items must be returned with all Alps & Meters tags still attached and must include their original packaging (including the Alps & Meters branded garment bag and wooden hanger).
Alps & Meters reserves the right to deny a return if, in Alps & Meters’ reasonable discretion, items appear worn or damaged by the customer.

If one of Alps & Meters’ products does not perform to your satisfaction, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org. We offer the following limited warranty on all of our full-price products, for one year from the date of the receipt of the original order:
- The product will be delivered in the size, color and design specified in the original order.
- The product will be free of material manufacturing defects.
If one of our products does not meet the limited warranties above, please contact us at email@example.com to arrange for a return of the item to us for repair, replacement, or refund, as determined by Alps & Meters. Our liability to you for failure to comply with this limited warranty is limited to timely delivery of a repaired or replacement product or refund.
The foregoing warranty does not apply to sale merchandise. All sale merchandise is FINAL SALE and cannot be returned or exchanged for any reason whatsoever.
How to Return or Exchange Your Order:
We offer FREE ground shipping for all returns and exchanges (with the exception of Hawaii and Alaska) made in accordance with this Policy as long as you use the pre-printed FedEx return label enclosed with your order. If you wish to exchange your item for a different product, you must return the original item and purchase the new item separately.
- Please, detach the return portion of the packing slip below the dotted line.
- Tell us why you are returning or exchanging items by filling out the Return Reason column using reason codes provided below.
- Enclose the filled-out form along with the merchandise in its original packaging. Securely seal the shipping box.
- Affix the enclosed pre-printed FedEx label to the outside of the shipping box.
- Drop off the package at the FedEx Store, FedEx Drop Box, FedEx Customer Center or with any FedEx driver.
If FedEx is not available in your area or you prefer not to use it to return or exchange your items, you can use any other trackable method, at your expense. Please insure the package for the full retail value of the shipped products, as we will not be liable for any damage incurred in transit or non-delivery of the products.

Once we receive your package, we will process your return within 3 business days.
For returns made in accordance with this Policy, refunds will be made in the form of the original payment where the same credit card used for purchase will be credited with a refund. While we process returns within 3 business days from the day we received the items, card refunds may take up to ten business days for your bank to complete, depending on their processing time. This can vary greatly between card issuers, and unfortunately we are unable to influence this.
Shipping Methods, Costs and Transit Times
Alps & Meters uses FedEx for its shipments and offers a FREE FLAT RATE ground shipping on all orders shipped to a valid US address (excluding Hawaii and Alaska). When placing your order, select your preferred delivery option before proceeding to purchase. If you wish to receive an expedited delivery, please note the delivery fees quoted.
We currently only offer shipping within the United States. To place an order, both your billing and shipping addresses must be within the United States. If you are located outside of the United States and wish to purchase a product, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Except for orders placed on pre-order terms, all orders are usually processed and shipped within 2 business days of the day they were placed. We will use commercially reasonable efforts to promptly process and ship your order.
Risk of Loss; Product Insurance
All products purchased from the Site are made pursuant to a shipment contract. This means that the risk of loss and title for such items pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier. We insure your purchase during its transit until it is delivered to the delivery address specified in your order. To complete the delivery, we require a signature, at which point responsibility for the purchased product(s) passes to you. If the recipient of the product is someone other than you for delivery purposes, you agree that evidence of a signature by such recipient or at such recipient's delivery address is evidence of a completed delivery by us with responsibility for the purchased product passing to you.
Pre-Orders and Back Orders
We do not guarantee the availability of pre-ordered or back-ordered product. We will use commercially reasonable efforts to notify you promptly if a product you have pre-ordered or back-ordered is delayed or otherwise not available. You acknowledge and agree that pre-ordered and back-ordered products may differ from the product descriptions and photos provided at the time of your order.
